The subject of the study is tax policy EU countries in relation to green economy. aim work identify ways combat global warming and environmental pollution through instruments until 2030. article establishes structure taxes fees, based on regulatory documents field policy. strategy called "European Green Course" considered as one directions ensuring sustainability economies Western countries, which provides for formation a mechanism taxation carbon fuel consumers compensate climate damage caused by dioxide emissions into atmosphere. analysis dynamics total volume revenues period 2002-2020, including from energy reduce greenhouse gas at least 55% 2030 achievement European neutrality 2050, i.e. balance when emissions, such or methane, correspond their absorption connection between minimum rates its intensity emissions. Conclusions are drawn about trends development economy, well tools implementation.
